When you use our Website, we collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This permits us to offer services and features that most likely conform to your demands, and to customize our website to get your experience safer and more comfortable. More significantly, while doing so, we collect personal information from you that we consider necessary for accomplishing this aim. Beneath are some of the ways in which we collect and store your information: We obtain and store any information you enter on our web site or give us in any other manner. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.

We also store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. Information about our clients is an important component of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of SHURU CAMPUS LTD., our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other fellowships and organizations for fraud protection.

Terms & Conditions

These are the Shuru Campus Ltd.’s Rules which may change from time to time and which apply between Shuru Campus Ltd and the Client in relation to an Office Space.

Accommodation

Upon Move In: Shuru Campus Ltd will ask the Client to sign an inventory of all accommodation, furniture and equipment the Client is permitted to use, together with a note of its condition, and details of the keys or entry cards issued to the Client.
Signage: The Client may not put up any signs on the doors of their accommodation or anywhere else that is visible from outside the rooms the Client is using without written approval from the Office Space team. Shuru Campus Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee for any signage and to specify its design to ensure it remains in keeping with the Centre's design.
Property: The Client must take good care of all parts of the Office Space, its equipment, fittings and furnishings that they use. The Client must not alter any part of it.
Keys and Security: Any keys or entry cards remain Shuru Campus Ltd.’s property at all times. The Client must not make any copies of the keys and/or entry cards or allow anyone else to use them without Shuru Campus Ltd.’s consent. Any loss must be reported to Shuru Campus Ltd immediately and the Client must pay a reasonable fee for replacement keys or cards and of changing locks, if required. This rule improves security levels of the Office Space.

Use

Name and Address: The Client may use the Office address as its business address subject to compliance with applicable law. Within one month of signing a Service Agreement and from time to time at Shuru Campus Ltd.’s request, the Client must provide Shuru Campus Ltd with an official document certifying their registered address, a copy of the national identity card of the legal representative of the Company and a copy of the articles of association of the Company signed. The Client may not use the Office Space as their registered address for service-of-process. If the Client wants to use Shuru Campus’s address in their company registration, then it needs to be pre-approved by us and will include a service charge as this one of our paid services.
Employees and Guests: The Client’s employees and guests shall conduct themselves in a business-like manner; proper business attire shall be worn always; the noise level will be kept to a level so as not to interfere with or annoy other Clients. The Client will abide by Shuru Campus Ltd.’s directives regarding security, keys, parking and other such matters common to all occupants. No part of the office or the Office Space may be used for overnight accommodation.
Equipment: The Client shall not, without Shuru Campus Ltd prior written consent, store or operate in their office(s) or the Office Space(s), any large business machine, reproduction equipment, heating equipment, stove, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, radio, stereo equipment or other mechanical amplification equipment, vending or coin operated machine, refrigerator or coffee equipment. Additionally, the Client must not conduct a mechanical business therein, do any cooking therein, or use or allow to be used in the building where the Office Space is located, oil burning fluids, gasoline, kerosene for heating, warming or lighting. No article deemed hazardous because fire or any explosives shall be brought into the Office Space. No offensive gases, odors or liquids shall be permitted. No firearms shall be permitted. The Office Space is intended to be used solely for office use.
Electrical: The electrical current shall be used for ordinary lighting, powering personal computers and small appliances only unless written permission to do otherwise, shall first have been obtained from Shuru Campus Ltd at an agreed cost to the Client. If the Client requires any special installation or wiring for electrical use, telephone equipment or otherwise, such wiring shall be done at the Client’s expense by the personnel designated by Shuru Campus Ltd.
Animals: The Client shall not bring animals into the office other than assistance animals.
Manufacturing and Storage: The Client shall not use the Office Space for manufacturing or storage of merchandise except as such storage may be incidental to general office purposes. The Client shall not occupy or permit any portion of the Office Space to be occupied or used for the manufacture, sale, gift or use of liquor, narcotics or tobacco in any form.
Locks: No additional locks or bolts of any kind shall be placed upon any of the doors or windows of the Office Space by the Client nor shall any changes be made to existing locks or the mechanisms thereof.
Soliciting: Canvassing, soliciting and peddling in the office are prohibited and the Client shall not solicit other Clients for any business or other purpose without the prior written approval of Shuru Campus Ltd.
Property: All property belonging to the Client or any of the Client’s employee, agent or invitee shall be at the risk of such person only and Shuru Campus Ltd shall not be liable for damages thereto or for theft or misappropriation thereof.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas, including conference and training rooms. No smoking shall be permitted at any time in any area of the Office Space.
Harassment: The Client or the Client’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, partners, agents, representatives, contractors, Clients, or invitees shall be prohibited from participating in any type of harassing, discriminatory or abusive behavior to Shuru Campus Ltd.’s team members, other Clients or invitees, verbal or physical in the Office Space for any reason. Any breach of this rule is a material breach of the Agreement and the Agreement may be terminated immediately and services will be suspended without further notice.

Shuru Campus Ltd.’s Service Agreement

Nature of the Service Agreement: Shuru Campus Ltd may transfer the benefit of the Client’s Agreement and the obligations between Shuru Campus Ltd and Client under it at any time. This clause reflects the fact that the Client is taking a serviced office Agreement and not a lease and that Shuru Campus Ltd retains overall control of the Office Space. The Client has no real-property or commercial property interest of any kind in the building where the Office Space is located. Where the Client is a company and it merges with another or the Client needs to allow an affiliate to use the services provided under the Service Agreement, the Client will explain the need for any change to Shuru Campus Ltd and Shuru Campus Ltd will give careful consideration in each case. The Client must notify Shuru Campus Ltd with the identity of each occupant of the Office Space.
Data Protection: Shuru Campus Ltd requests that the Client provides, as and when requested by Shuru Campus Ltd, documentation and personnel information as Shuru Campus Ltd may reasonably require to enable the provision of the services. Such personal data will be used by Shuru Campus Ltd in accordance with the law.
Company Name Change: If there is a need to change the name of the Client’s company, requests must be made in writing and addressed to the Manager. These requests should be accompanied by the appropriate supporting paperwork and will be processed 60 days from the beginning of the next calendar month. Any invoices prior will be in the current company name and cannot be changed.
Fraud: Shuru Campus Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend services and/or terminate the Agreement if they determine that their facility or address is being used regarding possible fraudulent activity or activity that may be a violation of laws or governmental regulations.

Fees

Insufficient Funds: The Client will pay a fee of BDT 2,000 of any returned cheque or any other declined payment due to insufficient funds.

Liability

Mail: The Client releases Shuru Campus Ltd from any liability arising out of or incurred in connection with any mail or packages received and sent on the Client’s behalf. Packages should be collected by the following day and storage fee may apply if packages remain uncollected over 48 hours.

Things out of our control

Shuru Campus Ltd shall have no liability to the Client under this Agreement if it is prevented from, or delayed in, performing its obligations under this Agreement or from carrying on its business by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) strikes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, disease or quarantine restrictions compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors. Shuru Campus Ltd obligation to perform its obligations shall be suspended during the period required to remove such force majeure event. Shuru Campus Ltd shall notify the Client as soon as reasonably possible of the force majeure event and propose a suitable alternative accommodation (if any) in the same Office Space or in another available Office Space.

IT Policy

Internet and Policy:
- Restrictions. Shuru Campus Ltd.’s Internet service may be used only for lawful purposes and shall not be used in connection with any criminal or civil violations of state, federal, or international laws, regulations, or other government requirements. Such violations include without limitation theft or infringement of copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other types of intellectual property; fraud; forgery; theft or misappropriation of funds, credit cards, or personal information; violation of export control laws or regulations; libel or defamation; threats of physical harm or harassment; or any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence or gives rise to civil liability. The Client is responsible for maintaining the basic security and virus protection of the Client’s systems to prevent their use by others in a manner that violates the Service Agreement. The Client is responsible for taking corrective actions on vulnerable or exploited systems to prevent continued abuse.
- Security violations. The Client is prohibited from engaging in any violations of system or network security. Shuru Campus Ltd.’s Internet service may not be used in connection with attempts - whether or not successful - to violate the security of a network, service, or other system. Examples of prohibited activities include, without limitation, hacking, cracking into, monitoring, or using systems without authorization; scanning ports; conducting denial of service attacks; and distributing viruses or other harmful software. Shuru Campus Ltd reserves the right to suspend the Internet access upon notification from a recognized Internet authority or ISP regarding such abuse. Shuru Campus Ltd may disconnect the Client’s equipment and withhold services if Shuru Campus Ltd considers that the Client’s hardware or software is, or has become, inappropriate for connection to Shuru Campus Ltd.’s network.
  The Client is responsible for the Client’s own virus protection on the Client’s systems and hardware.
- Shuru Campus Ltd.’s Internet services are only available at Shuru Campus Ltd.’s locations and connection to Shuru Campus Ltd.’s network is only permitted at those locations or via Shuru Campus Ltd.’s provided services. The Client must not create any links between Shuru Campus Ltd.’s network and any other network or any telecommunications service without Shuru Campus Ltd.’s consent.
- Revisions to this policy. Shuru Campus Ltd may modify this Policy at any time, with or without notice.
- Disclaimer of Indirect Damages from Loss of Service. Shuru Campus Ltd does not provide any service level agreement to the Client regarding provision or loss of service for its Internet services. Shuru Campus Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect damages, including lost profits, arising out or resulting from any loss of service or degradation of connectivity/access to the Internet with the Service Agreement, even if the other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing shall apply, fully permitted by law, regardless of the negligence or other fault of either party.
- Disclaimer of Indirect Damages. Shuru Campus Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect damages, including lost profits, arising out or resulting from the Service Agreement even if the other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing shall apply, to the fullest extent permitted by law, regardless of the negligence or other fault of either party.

Refund Policy

SHURU CAMPUS LTD., may issue a requested refund on a Credit/Debit Card payment for the following reasons:

Cancelling/Voiding a Payment

Any request to Cancel/Void a payment received by 6:00 PM the date the payment was made may be processed that 48 hours before the service commences.

When calling for a cancellation/void of your card payment, please deliver the following information available to construct the procedure as comfortable as possible:

The Date and Time the payment was made through this website
Your Payment Authorization Code provided at the end of a successful payment
The last four (4) digits of the card used to make the payment
The Statement ID for which the payment was cleared

Failure to provide this information could slow the cancellation/void process.

Refund of Payment

When requesting a refund of your card payment, or any portion thereof, please have the following information available to make the process as easy as possible:

The Date and Time the payment was made through this website or by phone
Your Payment Authorization Code provided at the end of a successful payment
The last four (4) digits of the card used to make the payment
The Statement ID for which the payment was cleared

Failure to provide this information could slow the refund process.

An approved refund may be broached by our office (before 48 hours of the service commencement) of the refund request being submitted, unless that request is picked up in the afternoon on a Friday or holiday. Please keep in mind that although the refund has been initiated by our office as outlined, your card issuer has control over when the refunded amount may be applied as a credit to your card balance.
